Refunds

We understand that our adventurous lives can often have bumps in the road, therefore if needed we are happy to reschedule your session, but please note we do not offer refunds.

Change booking time

We can make changes up to 12 hours before your session start time.

Not coming?

No shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Supervision

Attending sessions Babies and children should be supervised by their adult at all times. Three babies/children to one adult ratio.

What to wear

We ask that you remove your shoes, but socks are to be worn at all times.

Food & Drink

Please do not bring your own food and drink as we have a strict policy on protecting other customers from any risk of allergy contamination.

Most importantly!

Most importantly socialise, explore and have fun!

Arrival

Please arrive at your session time. If you arrive early, we will kindly ask that you wait outside until your session time starts.

Limited Buggy Space

Unfortunately, we have very limited buggy space. Where possible please try not to bring a buggy. If you do bring a buggy you may be kindly asked to collapse it.
